After working in Toronto, Canada working for experiential brand agencies, Maddy moved to Abu Dhabi in 2017 to develop event marketing concepts and brand design.

Maddy has spent 7 years working exclusively on Yas Island for world-class event venues including du Forum, du Arena and Etihad Arena. As a key member Etihad Arena’s pre-opning team, Maddy developed the brand’s marketing strategy, brand guidelines and company values, still in place today.

She has successfully delivered marketing campaigns for Yas Island’s favourite festivals including the European Football Fanzone at du Forum, Taste of Abu Dhabi, and Yas Pet Festival- winner of the 2019 Middle East Event Award for Best Event on a Budget.
